| I am Cindy,
the Administrative Coordinator for the Center for Biophysics and Computational
Biology.
I have been with Biophysics since September 1994, and have witnessed many changes in our program over the years. My favorite part of the job is working with our over 70 graduate students. I am seen as a surrogate mom to many. I try to help them navigate the university systems with as little stress as possible, and try to keep them on track with their program requirements so they can graduate on time. It is hard
to watch them leave the nest (aka graduate), but I know
they will leave here well prepared for the world of research or academia.
