Over the years, many students have asked where to go for an inexpensive hair cut in town. For lack of a better place to list this section, I decided to put it under important phone numbers.

Hair Cuts and Beauty Salons

There are literally dozens of beauty salons in town where you can get a hair cut or style. I am only going to list a few inexpensive places to go for just haircuts. If you are looking for a full service salon, I suggest asking friends for references, though I am including my recommendation here.

A full service salon. They do cuts, styles, color, facials, manicures and pedicures, etc. Cuts run to $30, and facials are about $60. Definitely a place to go to pamper yourself every once in awhile!

Ask for Margaret Fix (my best friend and neighbor). Her specialty is hair color (though it is obvious I don’t have her color my hair!) My mom, sister, and I have been customers of Timothy John’s for years.
