Postdoctoral positions available to study virulence mechanisms of pathogenic bacteria. Must have experience in molecular genetics and animal studies. Postdoctoral positions available to study the structure and function relationships underlying the capacity of bacterial toxins to intoxicate target cells. Must have experience in molecular biology, protein chemistry, and biophysical techniques, including fluorescence spectroscopy. Postdoctoral positions available to study bacterial toxin trafficking and modulation of mammalian cells. Must have experience in fluorescence imaging, signal transduction, and the manipulation of eukaryotic cells.
