Using oligonucleotides (70-mer, Quiagen-Operon, Inc.) for 27000+ transcripts and putative coding regions covering the Arabidopsis thaliana genome, a one-slide microarray has been generated. These slides have been printed by the Galbraith laboratory (U. Arizona, Dept. Plant Sciences), and may be purchased from this lab. We have completed gene annotation for all oligonucleotide elements including gene number and functional assignments as listed by the SALK webpage. A number of transcripts not included in SALK/TAIR as transcript loci are part of the database. These have been BLASTed against GenBank, and their annotations have been listed after a note of "not found" (additionally marked by red text in the Excel version). The list additionally includes the block, row & column information that was used for printing slides coded 01.02.01. Columns 1 through 6 represent array slide location and annotation as assembled by the lab. The oligomucleotide sequence is included in column 7. Columns 9 through 16 repeat the array slide location and present information provided by Quiagen as a control. |
