Mark started in 2001 helping to keep the computers up and running, updating the web site, and doing computer analysis of data. After working in the lab for two years he left to attend school full time and has recently come back for a short while to update some pages that were very out of date and work on new functionality for the gene network script. He recommends to anyone that has an interest in computers to look at how they want to work with them, by combining another field with their knowledge of computers the possibilities expand greatly.
