MCB 150 Conflict Exam Request

MCB 150 students:  If you have a conflict with a regularly scheduled MCB 150 evening exam and would like to take a conflict exam, please fill out and submit the following form. Students must do this for each exam, and the forms must be submitted before 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to each exam. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered. Provide as much information as possible according to the spaces available to you, and click on the Submit Form button. Course staff will respond to your submission within 24 hours Monday through Friday. When all your information is confirmed, we will send a conflict exam time and location to you via e-mail.
