Postdoctoral Position in Cellular Neurophysiology available immediately to study synaptic transmission and plasticity within thalamocortical circuits.

Ongoing projects include the role of various neuromodulators on cellular and network properties of thalamic and neocortical neurons. We use a variety of electrophysiological techniques in vitro (IR-DIC patch recordings, intracellular, and extracellular recordings) in combination with anatomical techniques.
