Welcome to Robert's Article! |
Hi, my name is Robert. I live in Champaign, Illinois in the United States. I am in the BOAST Science Club and we do experiments. I wanted to tell all the computers all around the world that I made ice cream using liquid air! The reason the air is liquid is because it is so cold. When we poured some of the liquid air onto the floor it started sliding along the floor until it all evaporated.
In the first picture there I am, waiting for the ice cream. I am the first one in line! I am wearing a blue, green, purple, black and white striped tee-shirt with a hood. And when the ice cream is cold enough, I will help stir the ice cream.
In the second picture there I am again! Now I am the one stirring the ice cream. That is my sister in the pink, and she is waiting to stir the ice cream.
In the third picture, we have a hose and it has liquid nitrogen (air) in it. We froze a plastic ball and picked up and dropped on the floor, and the ball broke into a million pieces! Tiny little pieces and little chips. That is my friend Jameson, he and I were partners.
At the end of the day I got to get to eat different kinds of ice cream. The ice cream was delicious!
One last thing, today I got an A+ on my social studies test! And of course my favorite subject is social studies.
