At the Academy each day, participants earn points for completing homework and other educational activities. At certain times during the year, those participants who have earned a certain number of points are invited to participate in a special event.
During this special event, participants were treated to pizza at Pizza Hut and then taken to Pages for All Ages Bookstore to purchase books.
