The biology advising office is about more than a hurried, 15 minute meeting each semester just before registration. Check out the BIOBEAT, emailed directly to you every two weeks, with job postings and other timely announcements as they come in. The Integrator will mirror stories particularly relevant to IBHonors students.

Environmental Fellows Program

The Environmental Council has announced a deadline for applying for the environmental minor (regardless of major) - Sept. 26th. Look at their web page for more information.

The first class of IBHonors students has hit the ground running. Sixteen sophmores have enrolled in IB270, and laboratories have started. Prof. Whitfield and TAs Jamie Zahniser and Lauren Kent have the labs all prepped and tried (right!). Under the scope - Caenorhabditis (say that three times fast) elegans does its wriggly thing.
