Orphan Nuclear Receptor group

J. Kim Kemper Lab studies the molecular mechanism of orphan nuclear receptor in gene regulation. Our studies  focus on the role of orphan nuclear receptors in hepatic cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism:

Applications to metabolic disorders including :

* Hypercholesterolemia

* Diabetes

* Obesity
