Filing a Petition

Contact Carol Hall with the details before proceeding, or follow the instructions below.

1.  Read the instructions and fill out the petition form

2. Your current department is Biology and current degree is 10KS0314MS.

3.  Obtain proper signatures (at least 2 signatures required). Faculty should give a detailed reply, not just "OK" or "I approve."

4.  Take petition to Carol Hall, 286 Morrill Hall, for review.  She will forward the petition to the proper office and keep a copy in your file.

5.  When a decision is made, you will receive an email from gradacserv@uiuc.edu.
