STUDENT CLUB INVOLVEMENT
Many UIUC students choose to get involved with a student club that meets their interests and needs. There are over 800 student organizations from which to choose - or you can start your own! Registered organizations enrich life at the University by providing programs like dances, lectures, movies and tournaments, but they also provide useful information related to your major and career plans, like the 'Pre-Dental Club' and the 'Wildlife Society'. We encourage students to participate in the extracurricular activities of this campus. Many of our IB students need to gain volunteer and leadership experience and involvement in a student club is a great way to add these skills to your developing resume'.
The Registered Organizations Office is located in the Illini Union, room 280, the Student Organization Complex. To talk to a contact person for a specific organization or to learn more about forming your own organization, contact the Registered Organizations Office at 333-1153. A list of all currently registered organizations is available at:

The academic advisors of the School of Integrative Biology have put together a comprehensive list of clubs that are related to this major and many of the interests and careers that our students are involved in. This list includes all of the clubs in the health-related professions, natural resources, animal care, research and honoraries.
