• If you have a conflict with a regularly scheduled MCB 408 evening exam, please fill out and submit the following form:

  https://secure.las.uiuc.edu/MCB/McbConflictExam/

  Forms must be submitted before 5:00 PM on the Tuesday prior to each exam. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered. Please select MCB 493, section DMK from the pull-down menus, provide as much information as possible according to the spaces available to you, and click on the Submit Form button. MCB 408 course staff will respond to your submission within 24 hours Monday through Friday. When all your information is confirmed, we will send a conflict exam time and location to you via email. If we need further information from you, we will contact you via telephone or email.
